Because our experiences are intentionally small and carefully prepared, we ask that participants respect the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
If your place can be filled from our waiting list, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Should Eleusis need to cancel an event, participants will receive a full refund of all registration fees.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
