By participating in an Eleusis experience, you agree to the following:

Applications

Some events require an application to help ensure the experience is appropriate for each participant and to maintain a safe group environment.

Participation

Participation is always voluntary. You are encouraged to honor your own physical and emotional limits throughout the experience.

Health Information

Participants are responsible for informing Eleusis of any significant medical or mental health conditions that may affect their participation.

Educational Experience

Eleusis experiences are designed for education, personal growth, and wellness.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care.

Participation does not establish a physician-patient or therapist-client relationship with any facilitator, including Dr. Michael Ocana.

Breathwork & Movement

Some practices may involve emotional release, physical movement, or deep relaxation. Participants are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level and may stop at any time.

Liability

By attending, participants accept responsibility for their own wellbeing and agree to participate at their own discretion.

Photography

Occasionally, photographs or videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let us know before the event begins.
